Cha is SpringLaw’s billing lead. As a passionate and innovative accountant, she ensures our client accounts move forward swiftly and efficiently. With a keen eye for process improvements and strategic forward-thinking, Cha is dedicated to enhancing financial operations while carefully considering the legal implications related to licensing, audits, and taxes.

Before joining SpringLaw, Cha honed her accounting expertise at Deloitte, where she developed advanced competencies in accounting, tax compliance, and payroll management for clients in China, the United States, and the Philippines. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, she further enhanced her cultural adaptability, communication, and process management skills.

Outside of accounting, Cha has held many roles across a variety of industries including concert/event production, ESL education, marketing, and photography/videography/multimedia editing. With this broad exposure to multiple work sectors, she has cultivated a dedication to continuous learning, a high level of flexibility and a deep understanding of diverse business methodologies.
