Vincent Hoss-Desmarais
Vincent is a bilingual lawyer who practices civil, commercial, copyright and employment/labour law. He has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2001 and began his career at a large Montreal firm specializing in civil and commercial litigation, enforcement of collateral rights and labour law.
From 2018 to 2023, Vincent practiced with Me David Kellerman at Kellerman Hoss-Desmarais, s.n., where he offered legal services in civil and commercial affairs, litigation and employment/labour law, as well as strategic advice aimed at avoiding conflicts.
Vincent is fluently bilingual in French and English, allowing him to adapt and translate numerous contracts, commercial conventions, legal procedures and legal opinions.
He has pleaded before the Court of Appeal of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec, and various administrative tribunals and recently worked on a case before the Supreme Court of Canada. In 2002, he represented the Young Bar Association of Montreal in Lebanon, during the French International Public Speaking Competition, where he ranked 3rd best litigator among the lawyers from French-speaking countries.
Since 2003, Vincent has also had an active career as a professional actor, accumulating dozens of roles in cinema, theatre and television.
