Shannon Baker is a seasoned Litigation Law Clerk with over 20 years of experience, including extensive work in employment law. Known for her precision, analytical skills, and persuasive writing, she ensures seamless preparation for courts and tribunals.

An early adopter of virtual law clerking, Shannon operated her own business supporting international lawyers before joining Spring Law. Her expertise in legal technology and writing contributed to a company’s successful IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Beyond law, Shannon is a visual artist whose paintings and photographs have been showcased in juried exhibitions across the Greater Toronto Area. She thrives on balancing logic and creativity, bringing both a meticulous eye for detail and a fresh perspective to every case.

Shannon holds an ILCO certification and an Honours B.A. in Art History, earning a place on the Dean’s Honour List. She also brings a fun sense of humour to her work, making legal complexities more approachable.
