Shauna Fabrizi

Shauna Fabrizi is an employment lawyer who advises both employers and employees on a wide range of workplace law matters. Her practice includes employment standards compliance, workplace investigations, employment contracts, terminations, and human rights issues. She also represents employees in wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, bringing a balanced, practical approach to workplace disputes.

Before joining SpringLaw, Shauna worked in private practice and served as in-house counsel for one of Canada’s largest private sector unions. In that role, she handled grievance and interest arbitrations and appeared before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, Canada Industrial Relations Board, and Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Earlier in her career, she supported complex collective bargaining processes in the healthcare sector, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.

Shauna is known for her thoughtful, detail-driven approach and her ability to guide clients through complex situations with clarity and confidence. She brings a steady, strategic mindset to her work, helping clients move forward with practical solutions that reflect the realities of today’s workplace.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, road trips, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
