Shauna Fabrizi

Shauna Fabrizi is a labour and employment lawyer at SpringLaw.  

Her practice spans the full employment relationship, with a focus on helping clients build and sustain healthy workplaces. She advises on workplace compliance, investigations, employment contracts, policies, terminations, human rights, accommodations, collective agreements, grievances and collective bargaining. 

When disputes escalate, Shauna is a zealous advocate, bringing sound judgment and a strong command of the issues to litigation before courts, arbitrators, boards and tribunals. 

Before joining SpringLaw, Shauna practised at a labour and employment firm and worked as in-house counsel for one of Canada’s largest private sector unions. This experience informs her balanced, pragmatic understanding of workplace dynamics from both organizational and individual perspectives. 

Outside of work, Shauna is happiest outdoors, trying new recipes and informally studying what makes people tick.
