Meet Pauline, our newest team member!  Pauline joined our team in August 2023, having just moved to Canada from Rwanda! With 15 years of experience in office management and a diverse background in government, law, and sociology, Pauline is a true organizational wizard and an excellent addition to our Client Services team.  

As our Bilingual Administrative Assistant and Intake Lead, Pauline manages the smooth and seamless onboarding of our clientele,  along with supporting all things administrative at Springlaw.

Before joining us, she worked at the Ministry of Health in Rwanda, serving as the right-hand admin ace to the Minister of State. Prior to this, Pauline worked for a private university, where she managed the student marks database for a decade.

When she's not rocking the professional world, you'll find Pauline tending to her garden or frolicking in nature. With a green thumb like hers, she's ready to blossom in any community that shares her passion.
