Description

Make Sure Your Employment Docs are Up To Date

This Bundle contains core legal Templates that Ontario employers need to hire, manage or exit an employee, as well as handy, plain-English practical Guides, Checklists and Worksheets for your HR law toolkit.

Employment law has changed at such a rapid pace over the last couple of years. Having up-to-date, enforceable contracts remains one of the most important cost-saving tools for employers. This DIY toolkit includes an employment contract fully updated by our Ontario-qualified practicing lawyers to incorporate the latest case law and statutory developments, saving you the costs of hiring a lawyer for a customized contract (although our lawyers are awfully friendly if you do need the 1:1 help).

These DIY tools will kick-start your essential workplace law documents to get your employment law contracts up to date and ready to thrive in 2023.

Get your employment contracts updated and enforceable using our DIY template solution.

Whether your workplace is remote, in-person, hybrid or some creative or weird mix, every workplace needs legally compliant employment contracts. A clear, enforceable contract makes sure you and your employees are on the same page about policies, compensation and how things will go down if the employee is exited or resigns.

Terminations that go south remain the most costly stage of the employment relationship – most of which can be avoided with an upfront investment in a solid employment contract. The mutual clarity of a great employment contract brings calm and cost-effective resolutions to workplace disputes.

Over $2000 in value – only $650+tax

This Bundle of legal templates, guides, checklists and a worksheet would cost $2K+ if sold individually. We are bundling these tools together to help small employers get up to date after a gruelling and confusing couple of pandemic years for only $650+tax.

Should you require one-on-one legal advice regarding any of the legal terms or your customization of the templates, one of our lawyers would be happy to work with you.

Click “Add to Cart” above to get your toolkit today!  Upon purchase, you’ll be given immediate access to all the resources.

Important Legal Disclaimers & Notes

This self-serve toolkit is developed and written by Ontario lawyers and contains information about Ontario workplace law. While this information will be good for almost anyone in Canada (other than Quebec) we thought you should know that these materials are Ontario-specific.

This self-serve toolkit is intended to provide general legal information that applies to many (but not all) situations. Purchasing, accessing and/or reading these materials do not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and our law firm and are not legal advice. It is legal information meant to be a helpful and cost-effective general guide to you as you navigate your employment matter in this difficult and unprecedented business environment.

This is an area of the law that changes often.  Please note this content is up to date as of the time of your purchase. Please contact our office if you want to confirm if there have been any legal changes to the content since your purchase.’

FAQs

Is this a real client-lawyer relationship?

No, not unless you sign up for legal services and we entered into a Legal Services Agreement (i.e. just buying the materials through the website will not count). Until then, you are simply a (valued) customer purchasing a product from our SpringLaw website. We are lawyers, all duly licensed and qualified to practice law in Ontario, should you wish to enter into a formal legal relationship down the road.

*What happens if I also need legal services?

Can I share the Legal Docs with my colleagues or post them online?

Yes, please do share the Legal Docs internally in your company as much and as often as you like.

You are not permitted to share the documents outside of your organization or online. These materials are the sole property of SpringLaw and are intended for internal use by purchasing companies and under no condition can they be reproduced or embedded into a company’s own materials for sale or profit without our permission.

We have designed the Workplace Law Bundle to offer an affordable solution and we rely on users respecting the terms of the program.  Broad circulation, particularly if posted online, will undermine our ability to continue to offer the products.  Never hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this.
