Jessica Paglia

Jessica Paglia has joined SpringLaw as an Employment, Labour & Contracts Lawyer. Jessica has experience working with both Canadian and American clients on a wide range of legal matters including contracts, workplace safety, human rights, wrongful dismissals, and collective bargaining and workplace investigations. 

Jessica focuses on providing straightforward, tailored and strategic legal advice and services to businesses. She is passionate about providing competent legal solutions that align with client goals and specific operational objectives while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.

Outside of the office, Jessica serves on the Town of Essex Appeals Committee and supervises Pro Bono Students Canada. Jessica enjoys experimenting with recipes, and wellness activities, coaching a local soccer team, and cheering on the F1 Ferrari team outside of work.
